How its works

1. Prices
All prices shown are final prices, including VAT.
2. Booking
It is possible to book the desired product directly online on our website or by phone to contact the booking office at (+39) 338.7185735. At the conclusion of the entire process, whether the booking was made online or by telephone, the customer will receive by e-mail the document of the confirmation of the request, on which all information regarding the rental is available.

4. Duration of the rental
One day of rental lasts for a full 24 hours. The items that are rented for one or more days must be returned at the time stated at the time of booking. If this does not happen and the 24 hours of rental have expired, the landlord will automatically bill the customer for another rental day (unless otherwise agreed upon in consultation with the landlord).
ATTENTION: If the rental period agreed with us is exceeded, the prices will be determined according to the landlord's tariff, which provide different rates than those we offer on our site. No refund is foreseen if the car is returned prior to appointment.
5. Lease
The rental contract will be signed on the spot when picking up the vehicle. If anticipated, a preview of the contract will be available in digital form through a link on the article page.
6. Customer obligations
It is the duty of the customer to check the own electronic mail to make sure that the emails sent by us can be obtained. Elbarent di Nuova Elba Service Sas accepts no responsibility for any failure to provide information that is not attributable to Elbarent di Nuova Elba Service Sas.
7. Cancellation of the customer or missed pickup of the vehicle
If the vehicle is not picked up or cancellation of the booking is not announced 48 hours in advance, the customer loses the right to a refund of the sums placed. For cancellations that are announced before the 48 hours, the customer loses only the paid advance.
ATTENTION: the availability of the booked vehicle is guaranteed up to 1 hour after picking up the booking; if the announcement is missing, the landlord has the right to rent the car to another customer on request. If the cancellation of the booking is not explicitly announced and confirmed by Elbarent di Nuova Elba Service Sas or the landlord in the foreseen times, the customer will be deprived of the right to any refund. Because some landlords may foresee different cancellation timeframes for clients other than standard times, the times on the product pages must be respected when indicated.
8. Cancellation of the landlord
If due to unforeseeable events such as theft, accident, embezzlement or other events, the collection and rental of the vehicle are prevented and the landlord must cancel, the customer is informed with the utmost courteousness by the staff of the landlord. The customer has the right to the complete refund of the amount paid, in the form of bank transfer or clearing on credit card.
